One of my baby brothers will turn 30 at the end of this month, so my SIL decided to throw him a surprise party last night to totally throw him off. The past couple of weeks were spent planning, shopping, and going through photos. I decided to do a trifold board full of pictures of him growing up til the present day. I HAD A BLAST doing that. It was amazing to go through all the pictures and see what a fun childhood we had and all the fun times we shared together and as a family. We went on vacations together, he let me dress him up in fuzzy pink slippers and put yarn in his hair (he was 3, so it wasn't anytime soon! lol), he visited me in VA twice and once was a surprise visit, he's my daughter's Godfather, we've shared many laughs and even some tears. Putting this together reminded me that I'm a lucky girl to have two amazing brothers and I thank God for them each night.

The kids and another guest got my brother this hunting hat where the antlers move to "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer". So funny!
All in all it was a great night full of family, friends, and fun! Thanks to Katie for planning this fun night. Today Katie and Jojo aren't feeling so hot, seems they've picked up a nasty bug. Here's hoping everyone feels better soon and no one else gets it!
