What's the big deal?
Why is the media making such a big deal about the Vice Presidential nominee's 17 year old daughter being pregnant? This should have nothing to do with the presidential election. Every family has their difficult times or troublesome events that happen and it shouldn't be brought to the forefront of something as important as electing our next President. Teen pregnancies are so very common now-a-days, that it just blows my mind that this one pregnancy is causing so much publicity. Americans should be at ease that this woman didn't hide the fact that this is happening to her daughter, they should be at ease that this young woman is going to keep her baby, and the American people should be happy that her family is going to stick by her. Don't get me wrong, I love checking People.com and TMZ.com every day to see what's going on with celebrities, but I don't base my opinion on strangers based on what I read online or in magazines. I strongly believe that the media is blowing this way out of proportion and I hope the smart voters out there are looking at the REAL facts before they go into the voting booths.

AMEN!
I am with you on this one. We were talking about the same thing at dinner last night. I just don't understand. Leave it alone already and move on to the most important issue at hand, who is going to be a better president and not a vice president and her family.
