Update

This is a picture of some of the trucks that are at the Houston Horsetrack just waiting for their assignments. Jason said once they hit the border of Texas, you could immediately tell that a hurricane had come through. He said it was like night and day just over the border. They are staying at a hotel that does have power, so at least he won't be sleeping on a FEMA cot this time.
