What was he thinking?!
I'm not a major fan of Billy Ray Cyrus (or his daughter for that matter), but I did think he was starting to look much better from his Achy Breaky Heart days until now.

Hahaha...we were listening to the country cable music channel today when a Billy Ray song came on, I told Steve I had to change the channel. I can't listen to him. He (and Miley) are awful. I'm sure he did it for attention.
I think he may need some hep... That is terrible.
