1. The first day of Christmas vacation with the kids.
2. Being out and about early so we avoided the chaotic crowds.
3. Putting on my big girl pants and visiting my Dad.
4. Seeing the kids decorating cookies and thoroughly enjoying themselves.
5. Trying another gluten free recipe.
