1. The kids loving their running club and not complaining about having to be at school so early.
2. That my kids got their Dad's athleticism.
3. Jason being home every day with us to enjoy the little things.
4. Jakey saying I'm the best cook EVER.
5. Sitting on the couch watching Monday Night Football with the hubs.
Now onto the recipe. (I don't eat sausage, so I can't say that it's great but my family RAVED about it)
Sausage Noodle Casserole
Tube of Bob Evans Sausage
8 oz. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk
as much onion as you like (I do 1/3 c.)
as much cheese as you like (I did an 8oz bag, my family LOVES cheese)
Brown sausage & onion, breaking up into small clumps. Do not drain.
Boil noodles.
Mix can of soup and milk, add to the sausage once it's cooked.
Add noodles to a greased casserole dish.
Mix in soup and sausage, add cheese.
Cover and back at 350 for 30 minutes.
