Yesterday while playing Lego Rock Band on the Wii, Jakey is jamming to his song (it was Final Countdown, Hubba) and he says, "Don't I make this look easy!"
Two weeks ago while we were traveling for cheerleading, a group of us decided to stop at Dave and Buster's before we started the long, snowy journey home. Jakey overheard the conversation and leans into me and says "I can't wait to try out Bob & Darby's."
Jojo and Jakey were having a discussion about money (since Jakey received some for his birthday). Jojo tells Jakey "You aren't rich yet buddy, you need like $1,000 before you are rich. Well maybe you need a million, but $1,000 would be a little rich." She's such a brainiac and when she says things like this it reminds me that she really is only 8 years old.
I hope everyone's weather is sunny and warm like it is in NW Ohio today. Here's hoping that the Spring like weather is here to stay!

I always screw up the name to Dave & Buster's too! Jakey and I are two peas in a pod. ;)
I SO hope the spring weather is here! It makes the kids more manageable!
