This post is dedicated to my wonderful neighbor who passed away one year ago today. It's hard to imagine that we made it a whole year without him. He was a constant in our lives and someone who we dearly loved to spend time with. I still miss him each and every day, but I take comfort in the fact that he's always watching over us from up above.
I'm grateful for:
1. Having had 2 1/2 years of amazing memories with this man. My life is better having had him in my life those few short years.
2. His words of wisdom about life, raising children, growing older, garden tips, and all his encouraging words.
3. His laughter, it was truly contagious.
4. The way he interacted with my kids, they just loved when he was around.
5. Long talks on his porch or over the fence.
