Blah...

We just found out the schedule for this weekend at Nationals and it's not pretty. Saturday the schedule is do-able...compete at 10:28 am (practice about an hour before). Even if we have to braid hair that morning, it's still okay. Sunday though is a different story. We compete at 7:22 am, practice at 6:30 am. Not to mention it's also Daylight Savings! The girls were invited to a party on Saturday night (that we had all paid for) but our Coach decided we should skip that and refunded our money. Looks like that will be a very early night for us all.
We also found out it's $25 just to walk into Nationals for the spectators. Granted this gets us in all weekend, we were just used to the normal $5 entry fee so this was a shock. Thank goodness I babysat this week and that Jason just got off of some major storm work.
I'm still looking forward to a weekend with the cheer families, not having to cook, and hopefully seeing our girls bring home a National Champions trophy (and sweatshirt and a banner)!
