Pre-Easter weekend pictures...

Here is a picture of the Easter eggs that we decorated.

My Mom had an Easter egg decorating pic (that she picked up at Christmas time for SUPER cheap) that included stickers, wax crayon, dye, ribbon, googly eyes, markers, beads, and glitter glue. It was just a ton of fun.

This pictures is of me and my kids on my Mom's beach. It looks like we are somewhere warm and sunny, but wearing sweaters and long pants! lol The last couple storms we have gotten has brought some beautiful sand to my Mom's beach, so we are hoping it sticks around come summertime.


On another note, Jason got called on storm work last night. He's headed to Jackson, MI (it's only an hour and twenty minutes from us) for just a few days he says. We'll see. The kids and I are absolutely fine with this because we've had him home with us for almost 3 1/2 months. There were no tears, no complaining or whining, so it was very nice. Don't get me wrong...we still miss him. This time is just easier because he's been home with us for so long. He hasn't been working 2 hours away all week and then only home on weekends (which we tend to pack too much into), he hasn't been gone on storm to only be home a few days and leave again. It's much easier this time around. So say a prayer that he works safe and all the guys come home safe and sound for Easter!
